[ARCHIVED] Coordination, Collaboration, Capacity:
Federal Strategic Action Plan on Services for
Victims of Human Trafficking in the United States (2013-2017)

As this year marks the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation, we thank you for helping to reaffirm the American values of freedom and equality by reviewing the draft Federal Strategic Action Plan on Services to Victims of Human Trafficking. The public comment period for the Plan opened on April 9, 2013 and closed on May 24, 2013.

The five-year Plan is a collaborative, multi-phase effort across agencies, informed by the public, and led by co-chairs from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The co-chairs are currently hosting regular inter-agency meetings with Federal partners to review all public comments and finalize the plan.
